Appliance Magic

Review: I have [redacted] and Appliance Magic was dispatched to repair our leaking dishwasher. They came to our house a total of 4 times, misdiagnosed the problem 3 times, caused water damage to our floor and garage ceiling, and in their last visit filed a false report to [redacted] that we have broken the dishwasher door. On their first visit the technician misdiagnosed the problem as a leaking motor and said the part needed to be ordered. Never heard back from them and after a week and half, I had to call [redacted] and had them get Appliance Magic to call me back. After their 2nd visit and replacing the motor, we had the same large water spill in front of the dishwasher and they came out for a 3rd time and said they needed to adjust the door hinges. We then had a huge and much worst water spill that damaged the floor and the ceiling below the dishwasher. So they came out for the fourth time and the technician was not really sure what was going on but said he will file a report to have the entire door changed. Later that day I got a call from [redacted] that Appliance Magic claims we have damaged and broken the door and it is not covered because it is not due to normal wear and tear. After 2 weeks of back and forth with [redacted] we had a second company, [redacted], come out and determined that the door was not repairable. They documented that, this was due to normal wear and tear and no physical damage was done to it. I reported this to Appliance Magic and asked the owner, [redacted], to repair the damages to the floor and drywall, as this was caused by their repeated misdiagnosed and faulty repairs. He told me that he has all the paperwork and can go to court if I like! I made a terrible mistake of not checking to see that they already had an F rating from Revdex.com. Additionally, they had a lot of bad reviews online that I did not see, because I trusted [redacted] and now have to deal with Appliance Magic on my own as [redacted] told me it's between me and service company, even though they were responsible for selecting this and sending this company to our house for this repair.Desired Settlement: Pay for or repair the damages to my wooden floor and my garage door ceiling below the kitchen.
