Hi [redacted] , We did not fill out this complaint to cause you trouble, nor to start a fight over thisAll we have ever REPEATEDLY asked for is the papers for our pets As you are well aware, we have made at least phone calls to you, and came to your house times trying to get papers for our puppiesEvery time we see you, or call and either leave messages or speak to you, you always tell us "call me next week and remind me again" You always have some organizational issue that prevents you from getting them I do not understand how us asking for the papers for the puppies that we paid you in full for weeks before we took them home is "Ruinous to your limping business?" Additionally, we have been to your home on at least occasions including times in October when we bought Radar, and then in December when you gave him his Parvo shot, and then twice more when we were deciding on Sophie, and then in mid-January when we bought Sophie, and then again January 31st when we brought Radar for you to weigh and meet Sophie again when we took her home I do have the dates written down in the documents that YOU filled out and gave us We have never been angry, cross, nor rude to you However after about the tenth time of hearing yet another excuse about why we are now nearly full months down the road and we have still not received our papers, I feel that it was time to take other non-legal action to get the papers As I write this on the evening of April 20th, we have received the AKC application papers for Sophie, the puppy that we bought from you the breeder, in JanuaryThe interesting thing is that they came from someone named Donna Schroder as the breeder and owner of Sophie, and that we took delivery of Sophie directly from herIt even lists a different address from yours As you are well aware, your website claims that all of your puppies are bred by you and raised in your home, so who is Donna Schroder and why did we get papers from her for a dog that you bred and raised in your home??? Why don't we have papers for Radar, the puppy that we bought October 8th yet? Was he bred by someone else??? To end this, we have not had in the past nor do we have any issues with our puppies, We love them and they are a part of our family Our only issue that we paid thousands of dollars for our puppies and still have not received the papers for Radar, after numerous assurances from you I don't really care where the puppies actually came from, nor who actually raised themI just want the papers that you have been promising for the last months Thank you, [redacted] Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 25, 2015/06/01) */ I've just spoken to my client, and he'll be picking up the AKC Registration papers on SundayAll papers have now been delivered to the clients, and again I apologize for the delay Also, be it known there will be no AKC penalty to the clients, financial or otherwise, for the later registration of his puppies To answer the client's question, the first set of papers were "signed off on" by another breeder because she had given me the two year old mother dog, Mimi, while Mimi was in season, so I quickly bred Mimi to one of my males, Jackie, before the transfer of ownership was completed by AKCThis is a common occurrence, and fully accepted in the rules of AKCAll that is required is the first owner "sign off on" the litter belonging to the new owner So, as in my policy, all dogs sold as my own are definitely my own, with me being the owner of both parents and puppies being raised by me on my premisesIf there are any exceptions to this I will clearly note that on my website I wish to assure my future buyers that, when requested, all AKC papers WILL BE delivered to new puppy ownersI am in good standing with AKC on this matterNot every new owner cares about papers, but those that do will receive themI could not run a successful business if I did not deliver papers as promised My standing with AKC, Revdex.com, and most of all my exceptional dogs, puppies, and clients mean everything to meI'm as committed to the integrity of Chi Idols Chihuahuas as I was when I started years ago I know these clients love their "Chi Idol" puppies and I deeply regret the problem that occurredI'll do my level headed best to prevent any such problems in the future Thank you

All my dogs are AKC, but I had overlooked registering Chi Idols Sybyl, the dam in question, when she was born, not realizing
at the time I would keep her for a breeding dogThe litter in question was her first litter, and I didn't realize I had forgotten to register SybylI'm currently working with Kinberly Jones at AKC to arrange late registration of Sybyl and this will be completed this next weekThen, my client will receive her AKC puppy registration paper the following week
Issues with registration do sometimes occur at this kennel as they do at any kennel, but I always fix themProspective clients can check my record with AKC and I believe they will find that the few problems in the past have been resolved to the clients' satisfaction
I deeply regret taking so long to solve this oneIt was most unfair to my client to make her waitI've had a difficult year with two separate medical issues/surgery, but that's no excuseI resolve to fix any such problems immediately in the futureI have no other complaints against my kennel, my breeding practices, or the health of my puppies, and my dogs are loved in their new homes across the countrySo I'm really disappointed in myself to let my good client down in this way
I will probably lose my long-standing "A+" rating with the Revdex.com now, and deservedly soBut it won't happen again
My client will definitely receive her official AKC papers, hopefully by the time this case closes so that she can report the fact that she has received themI'm truly sorry, ***

The American Kennel Club (AKC) allows 18 months for a new puppy owner to register a new puppy. AKC also does not specify a set amount of time for papers to be delivered to new owners.
Still, It's important to deliver papers in a timely...

manner, and I apologize to the _________________ for their wait. In 10 years of breeding and selling my top quality Chihuahuas's, this is the only complaint about papers to the Revdex.com. It's true that some buyers have had to wait, for various reasons, and this is true for all breeders and buyers. There are many sources for delays AKC, the breeder, and even the buyer. Mistakes are easily made and can take a long time to resolve. I wish these buyers had told me they were so upset. Rush services can be ordered on some things, and if they had indicated they needed the papers quickly, I would have rushed what I could.
As many know, I welcome all buyers to call me at any time, and for any reason. These particular buyers called frequently (not 20 times, maybe 5) to discuss the dogs' food, housebreaking, and other matters relating to Chihuahuas. I always made time for them, and the man did me a favor once, too. Relations were friendly. It's odd. I explained to them the reason for the delay. They seemed to understand, and never indicated that they were upset about it.
I'm pleased that these buyers were so excited and happy with their first pup, that they came back for another. I'm disappointed they didn't make it clear that time was such a factor. And I'm very sorry that I didn't make more time to deal with the problem. But I can assure them the AKC papers will be sent.
The Revdex.com will report the resolution of the matter, I am sure.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Hi [redacted],
We did not fill out this complaint to cause you trouble, nor to start a fight over this. All we have ever REPEATEDLY asked for is the papers for our pets.
As you are well aware, we have made at least 20 phone calls to you, and came to your house 5 times trying to get papers for our puppies. Every time we see you, or call and either leave messages or speak to you, you always tell us "call me next week and remind me again".
You always have some organizational issue that prevents you from getting them.
I do not understand how us asking for the papers for the puppies that we paid you in full for weeks before we took them home is "Ruinous to your limping business?"
Additionally, we have been to your home on at least 8 occasions including 3 times in October when we bought Radar, and then in December when you gave him his Parvo shot, and then twice more when we were deciding on Sophie, and then in mid-January when we bought Sophie, and then again January 31st when we brought Radar for you to weigh and meet Sophie again when we took her home.
I do have the dates written down in the documents that YOU filled out and gave us.
We have never been angry, cross, nor rude to you.
However after about the tenth time of hearing yet another excuse about why we are now nearly 7 full months down the road and we have still not received our papers, I feel that it was time to take other non-legal action to get the papers.
As I write this on the evening of April 20th, we have received the AKC application papers for Sophie, the puppy that we bought from you the breeder, in January. The interesting thing is that they came from someone named Donna Schroder as the breeder and owner of Sophie, and that we took delivery of Sophie directly from her. It even lists a different address from yours.
As you are well aware, your website claims that all of your puppies are bred by you and raised in your home, so who is Donna Schroder and why did we get papers from her for a dog that you bred and raised in your home???
Why don't we have papers for Radar, the puppy that we bought October 8th yet? Was he bred by someone else???
To end this, we have not had in the past nor do we have any issues with our puppies, We love them and they are a part of our family.
Our only issue that we paid thousands of dollars for our puppies and still have not received the papers for Radar, after numerous assurances from you.
I don't really care where the puppies actually came from, nor who actually raised them. I just want the papers that you have been promising for the last 7 months.
Thank you,
[redacted]
Final Business Response /* (4000, 25, 2015/06/01) */
I've just spoken to my client, and he'll be picking up the AKC Registration papers on Sunday. All papers have now been delivered to the clients, and again I apologize for the delay.
Also, be it known there will be no AKC penalty to the clients, financial or otherwise, for the later registration of his puppies.
To answer the client's question, the first set of papers were "signed off on" by another breeder because she had given me the two year old mother dog, Mimi, while Mimi was in season, so I quickly bred Mimi to one of my males, Jackie, before the transfer of ownership was completed by AKC. This is a common occurrence, and fully accepted in the rules of AKC. All that is required is the first owner "sign off on" the litter belonging to the new owner.
So, as in my policy, all dogs sold as my own are definitely my own, with me being the owner of both parents and puppies being raised by me on my premises. If there are any exceptions to this I will clearly note that on my website.
I wish to assure my future buyers that, when requested, all AKC papers WILL BE delivered to new puppy owners. I am in good standing with AKC on this matter. Not every new owner cares about papers, but those that do will receive them. I could not run a successful business if I did not deliver papers as promised.
My standing with AKC, Revdex.com, and most of all my exceptional dogs, puppies, and clients mean everything to me. I'm as committed to the integrity of Chi Idols Chihuahuas as I was when I started 11 years ago.
I know these clients love their "Chi Idol" puppies and I deeply regret the problem that occurred. I'll do my level headed best to prevent any such problems in the future.
Thank you.

This is a dispute over $150. She says I owe it, I disagree. I'd like to see the documentation she claims, as I have never seen it. If she can show me that I owe this money, it will not be a problem to pay it.I don't know what she's trying to prove with her other accusations, which appear to have...

been made up out of thin air.Literally every sentence she writes is untrue or inaccurate. I have no client by that name, no client from Dubai, and I have never sold a puppy with hip displasia. As a matter of fact, I have never even had an instance of hip displasia in any puppy here, or grown dog for that matter. My two excellent veterinarians here will vouch for that. This is an angry person who I have no sympathy for, due to her lies.I have been with the Revdex.com for many years. I've never had a complaint about my puppies or financial transactions. I hope people realize that, If I didn't conduct business 100% honestly, I would not have a clean record,
with grades of A and A+, with the Revdex.com. With so much dishonesty in this business, it is a crime to make false accusations against an honest and quality breeder. If I were as angry as she, I would bring charges of libel against her.
