Worst customer service I have ever experiencedFirst tech came out and jiggled some stuff and tried to pull our dishwasher out, then realized he hadn't disconnected itHe couldn't find the disconnect and left saying he thought it might be under the houseHe never came back or returned our call, turns out he closed the file and went on vacationIt took the rest of the week to get a nice lady out, she determined it needed to be replacedTwo days later, we discover all the pulling around from the first tech damaged the water line (which led us to the connection, under the cabinet on the other side)It's been over hours of trying to get someone to come fix the issue now, we had to turn off water to our whole house (not cool when you have a potty training toddler) and are still waiting for someone to arrive "at about 5"They refuse to contact anyone to come assess the water damage today to make sure there won't be mold in my floor and cabinet and replace the wood in my cabinet that is now too damaged to hold my pots and pansThere is also water pooling under my houseUnacceptableAppliance Masters better be prepared to replace all cabinetry pieces, flooring and sub flooring that is damaged by water because their tech was careless and it has now been sitting and soaking in the Alabama heat for daysWe only discovered it because it finally leaked out of the cabinet into the kitchen floorI have never written a bad review for a small business before but I am furious at this point

John, my tech, called hours before his scheduled arrival to say he would be late which I appreciatedHe also made sure his tardiness would still work for me and offered to reschedule if neededHis tardiness was due to another tech not being at work and doubling his workload - an When he arrived he was courteous and apologetic but quick to get to workHe talked me thru what he was doing and whyShowed me how to fix the issue again if it occurredThen he stayed the minutes it took for my oven to properly pre-heat so we could check the accuracyDuring that time he answered any other 'oven' questions I had instead of making phone calls or just sitting in his carHis adjustment workedHe only charged the usual $diagnostic charge and reiterated it was good for days so if I had another issue, he would come back free of charge and look at it againVery personableVery professional and knowledgeableI would hire them again for other jobs
