Was sold a broken washer for 500$ then they send some under qualified repair guy to my house with a hose clap for a dryer and he thinks that will hold the broken pump on! That was last Friday I haven't received any correspondence from them whatsoever so I ordered parts for another 100$ and fixed it myself! So I contacted them acking for some kind of compensation and was told to *** off!! The defective washer also flooded my utility room which took hours to clean!
