Sold us a broken washer. Refuses to replace.

I bought a gas range and an eletric stackable washer & dryer on 10/31/2018. After having the products delievered to our address in NJ, the delievery men installed everything & at first it worked fine and there was no issues. After about 2 weeks, the gas range would not pre heat over 250 degrees. I then contacted the establishment about the range and he did come out and look at it. But the whole time he came out which was for about 10 mins, he would look at the range and stick a digital thermometer in the range and it would read "400" degrees and he would tell me everything was fine. I figured everything was since its his product, a week later the range did the same thing and has been since after the two weeks I bought it. He has been out twice and after the second time he came out he was very rude and was there for 10 mins and told me theres nothing wrong & nothing he can do and left & I tried to negogate with him about something else and he told me he doesnt due refunds/returns & can give me a "small" discount on another item which I did not want. Recently the dryer has broke and just wanted to have someone come out and fix it and Bill the owner said that we never purchased the product from him which we did because we have recipet and item#. He didnt want to hear anything else about the "problems" we were having and told me hes not sending anyone else out to look at "his" products because there "USED" & "What did we expect to happen". & then got very rude and smart with me as I continuted to neogagte on what we can do. No resolution & he decided to hangup the call & would not provide employee # or supervisor above him.

First let me say this place is a rip off and I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy anything from them because the stuff they sell doesn't look all that appealing and the store or warehouse is dirty, we did them a favor trying to give them some business! They won't be in business for very long smdh!
On the 17th of March we purchased a used dryer from this bogus company for $200 and setup delivery as well with them which was a additional $50, they told us it would be delivered on Tuesday, March 20th by 4pm and it wasn't and I didn't get a call until way after 4, it was 4:45pm to be exact saying they were on their way, no apology, no nothing. They set it up in my basement, I used it (same day) twice washing 2 small loads of towels ( whites & colors) and after the first try the towels were still wet as if I just put them in the dryer for the first time, so I restarted the dryer and they were finally dry!!! Well I'm not keeping a dryer that doesn't really work or get as hot as my original dryer, which by the way my husband had them take away our old one when they delivered the one we purchased, which was a huge mistake on our part!!! He called them they next day to tell them about the dryer and that we wanted a refund and he was told by the manager that he would be charged a pickup fee of $50 and a handling fee of $40 and it would be picked up on Sunday, so we rented a truck and took it up there ourselves. We were still charged a handling fee of $40 because the lying *** manager said he still has to put it back out on the floor, which there was an identical dryer for the same price sitting in the spot where we found the dryer we bought,so where on THE FLOOR is he putting it when it was full? And when we asked for our old dryer back he claimed they threw it out, so now were out of both dryers!!!!! I know the manager is lying, I'm sure our old dryer is in the back being used for parts because I saw (on the 17th) them ripping apart other dryers in the back trying to fix them to be sold!

Beware of the major appliance scam job. Purchased a washer and dryer and during the first run neither worked. Tried to contact Bill and Amy and got the run around, they would not honor the 30 day warranty. The price might draw you in but it was a huge waste of money and time.
