but I do not have the second bill to fax him and this was done more than a year ago he should keep his paper waork

He initially said get the receipt from Revdex.comThen he called again and he says, I don't keep records, but if I give him a model number and make model of dryer he will make up a receiptBut he then states he doesn't know what he did for the service callHe never picks up the phone and never supplies email address to send info to, left it on his voice mail and no reply.

IN THE CONTROL BOARD AND IT WAS NOT THE YHE CONTROOL BOARD SO WE HAD TO ORDER THE BOARD THAT BELONGS FOR THIS REFRG BUT AI WAS IN THE WEEKINED WE WERE NOT ABLE TO GET THE CONTROL UNTIL MONDAY WE GOT IT ON MONDAY AND WE DID REPLACE IT ON JULY ** AND IT IS WORKING SO AT THIS POINT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND AND I HOPE THIS WILL CLEAR HER CONCERN

Review: Appliance Medic was called to my residence to repair a washing machine and in the process severely damaged the wooden floors of the 2nd floor. The repairmen failed to point out the damage they caused and left in a hurry to avoid confrontation. When I tried contacting Appliance Medic about the damages they caused, they failed to returned my calls. Now I'm stuck with 1,100 USD in floor repairs as a direct result of their actions.Desired Settlement: I'd like Appliance Medic to pay for the damages they have caused, and cover the repair of my wooden floors.

Review: We had 2 service calls with this company at my condo which is being rented. I as [redacted] of the unit has requested receipts about a half dozen times, he never returns calls and has failed to provide a receipt requested. I have left several messages . I simply need the receipt, not asking too much but he chooses to never respond or forward the receipt. I have left email address, mailing address, fax numbers.Desired Settlement: A simple request of receipts for all service calls

Review: The medic came to fix my refrigerator the first time because of the ice maker and water was not dispensing. They told me that I need a new fan my refrigerator and it will cost 351. They ordered the part and they thought it was fixed. Then I had to call them again because things in the freezer was defrosting. They said it was the mother broad for the refrigerator and it will cost additional $200. He charged the mother broad and assumed it will work but didn't everything in the fridge hot. All my food spoiled and I have a * year old daughter. I have been calling them and they said they placed the wrong motherbroad in the fridge and they will call me when it comes in. I asked them to placed the old mother broad in the fridge until the other comes in because the fridge worked just not the freezer. They never got back to me at all. I have been calling them for the last 5 days leaving messages and they have failure to come me back. I should not have to chase Appliances Medic down to fix my fridge that they have worsen the situation.Desired Settlement: I just want a full refund of my $551 dollars I paid to fix my refrigerator so I could just put that to a new refrigerator because this is ridiculous. I would never use their service or recommend them to anyone period!!!!
