Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I took very detailed notes during my conversation with Mr***, their salesman, regarding the transferable yrwarranty and the payment termsI did not add or delete anything on the written contract other than to include what was verbally promised by Mr***I wanted the terms recorded in their entirety so that there were no problems in the futureIf the company's management did not agree with the terms verbally promised by Mr***, they should have called me and explained the areas that they did not agree with and we could have worked something out When a salesman verbally adds to the written terms of the contract and then the company recants without explanation, it gives the appearance that there was no intention by the company or their representative to honor the verbal contract and that a bait & switch event occurred I was presented with terms in both a verbal and written contract that were incorrect, deceitful and meant to confuse Had I not included the verbal promises on the written contract, there is a strong possibility that neither party would have been happy in the end I still do not know what items the company does not agree with in this contractWhen I received the letter stating they would not do the work, I called the company to ask why I received the letter The Office Manager said that she was told Mr [redacted] had called me to explain the decision not to complete the workShe further said that she was asked to send the letter and return my check but did not know that I hadn't spoken to anyone regarding this, and she would have Mr [redacted] call me To date, I have still not received a call or any communication from the company other than the letter refusing to complete the work and it has now been over a week I do not accept the response by the company as reason to withdraw my complaint or to hide this complaint from the publicThe company's failure to live up to the terms their salesman promised should be a warning to other consumers to make sure that ALL terms are fully documented by the company PRIOR to signing the agreement or making any payments Regards, [redacted]

I took very detailed notes during my conversation with Mr. [redacted], their salesman, regarding the transferable 3 yr. warranty and the payment terms. I did not add or delete anything on the written contract other than to include what was verbally promised by Mr. [redacted]. I wanted the terms recorded in their entirety so that there were no problems in the future.
