All the servicing that was done up to this point has done nothing to fix the problem. The washer NEVER got any better and in fact continued to get worse. Let me state once again, my washer was never fixed. They charged me $in parts and labor for a misdiagnosed problem or a problem that was never fixed properly. I wanted to pay this company to fix my washer. Nothing more, nothing less. This was not done. They claim the issue does not involve "the gear case and seal." I have no idea what the cause of the issue is, all I know is that all the money I paid for their work and parts did not resolve my issue and now they refuse to refund my money.

What they are claiming is a complete and utter lie. I did not damage my machine. After using the machine after the work was done it still had the same problem and it was obvious a fix was never made. Let me be clear, NONE of the work they performed on my machine made the original problem or any problem better, or fixed any of the issues I was having. Each time I had them back out it was for the exact same issue, and nothing they did helped. In fact the last technician who was out there stated, and I quote "The bolt in the center that they they removed to do the initial repair was stripped and was never put back together correctly." I expect them to warranty repair made to the unit. I will not be held responsible for an incorrectly diagnosed problem or for a faulty repair. The only thing I ever asked for was to pay for a repair to my washing machine. They agreed to repair my unit for an agreed on price. Appliance Network refused to meet their end of the agreement- which was to repair my machine. Since they are now refusing to honor that agreement I am asking for a refund of the original repair price - something which I believe is a reasonable request. Just because further attempts to repair my unit will be unprofitable for them does not give them the right to break their original commitment.

Appliance Network, L.L.C was contacted by Mr. [redacted] with the initial complaint of his GE washing machine was "loud and squeaking during the rinse cycle". A technician went to his home on 8/17/2017 and found that the gear case and seal around it were both bad. The technicians returned with the...
gear case and seal on 8/22/2017 to fix the unit. After repair the technicians made sure that the unit was in proper working condition. A technician was sent back to the home on 8/28/2017 because Mr. [redacted] called stating that the unit seemed to be louder. At that time the technician installed new bearings, with no cost to Mr. [redacted]. On 9/6/2017 a Technician was sent out a put on a belt, again at no cost to Mr. [redacted]. It was not until 11/21/2017 that a technician went out again. This technician had found that there was an additional and different issue than the one that we original were serviced. Mr. [redacted] is wanting this company to pay for a totally different issue then what we serviced. We can not warranty his entire unit, we warranty the labor and parts of the service conducted. This company has replaced 2 separate and additional parts that Mr. [redacted] was never charged for. Mr. [redacted] payed for replacement of the gear case and seal. The additional issues he is having with his unit do not involve the gear case and seal and therefore are not covered under his warranty.
We stand behind our original submitted statement. Mr. [redacted] was initially advised that it might be more cost effective to replace the unit and he chose to repair. The repairs that Mr. [redacted] paid for, were made. After noticing another, separate issue, Mr. [redacted] continued using the machine which caused further damage. When inspecting the unit the last time, Mr. [redacted] did not want to pay for the new repairs which we offered to do, at a discounted price even. We were only going to charge him the cost of the parts. We fully stand behind our warranty on the parts and labor we install. As previously stated, we installed other parts, at no cost to Mr. [redacted], but Mr. [redacted] wants us to warranty his entire unit, which is not acceptable. Since Mr. [redacted] is claiming that there was a misdiagnosis or the repair was never fixed properly, why did he continue using the machine? Mr. [redacted] further damaged the unit by continually using it and would like us to pay for his negligence. The repairs, that Mr. [redacted] paid for were completed, as well as repairs that we paid for. It is unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] expects this company to warranty his entire unit. We will not refund Mr. [redacted] for the repairs that were completed. We have gone above and beyond in trying to rectify the issue with Mr. [redacted], however, the only thing he was willing to accept is full refund, and that is non-negotiable. We will not, and can not warranty an entire unit that was continually used while in a broken state. We warranty our parts and labor, and unfortunately, the issue he was having had nothing to do with the repair we conducted.
