The service person was very professional and also educated me on how to prevent further problems that may occur with the dryerCustomer service was beyond friendly and helpful! I would recommend this company highly for service repair and potential purchases of appliances needed for the home! I will recommend this business to friends, family, and others highly (10)!

Review: Whirlpool Washer bought at the Appliance Outlet on 5/13/2011, first needed repaired on 11/01/2011 while still under warranty, replace main control panel and actuator, actuator was replace every year thereafter, last replaced on 9/10/2014, every time repairs were done I was told that I couldn't keep this washer in a damp basement and to just buy a new one and that they would give me a good deal on a new washer, washer again broke on 7/10/2015, would not run and service call was done on 7/13/2015, I was told that the control panel needed replace and given an estimate of between $300 - $350 and it would be better if I came in and replaced this washer with a reconditioned one, again it was blamed on damp conditions and water in my basement even though washer was off the floor on 2X4s, at that time I wasn't given the estimate, a bill or any paperwork. I decided to purchase a new washer elsewhere, when someone called from Appliance Outlet I informed them that I wouldn't be buying a washer there and hung up, immediately afterward I received 2 angry and threatening voicemails, 1 from the owner stating that if I didn't pay the service charge he would take me to a magistrate and another from the technician who made the service call stating that his boss was mad that I didn't buy a washer from them and I said I wouldn't pay for the service call and that he would have to pay that, I have kept both voicemails for your review. I did receive a bill on 7/18/2015 and paid this in full by mailing a certified cashiers check on 7/20/2015.Desired Settlement: When I bought a brand new, name-brand washing machine from the Appliance Outlet I didn't expect that I would have to repair it on a yearly basis and have to replace it after only 4 years, I feel that as a single woman that I was taken advantage of by being sold an inferior product and was pressured every time that it broke down to replace it and then subsequently harassed when I chose not to buy another product from them. Regardless of the outcome I will never purchase another appliance from this business and will encourage others that I know not to as well.

Review: I bought a new refrigerator. I had a problem with it frosting up in the freezer. The water dispenser leaked water on and off all day long. I called Frigidaire to ask what could be going on. they said they would send out a service person to look at it. so the day arrives and the service person comes and complains that he would not get paid for his service that day due to an installation problem. proceeds to pull the refrigerator out and look at the problem. It was so frozen that he had to take it all apart to deice the inside out. so when he pushes the refrigerator back he tears a hole in my linoleum. slaps the towel down and says great. he then finishes his job and tells me that he will report it to his boss when he got back. So the boss calls and flat out tells me that they are not responsible for the tear in my floor. refuses to do anything. they damaged my property. the boss tells me because it was an installation issue not their problem. not going to fix it. so i'm left with a hole and no solution to fix it. I think they are handling very unprofessionally. I want my floor fixed. thank you I would not recommend this company.Desired Settlement: I want my floor fixed so that I do not have to worry if I move my refrigerator that it leaves the hole
