Bought a fridge from a fraudulent appliance company days ago and it's already broken (no longer getting cold)! Then I went on yelp to check reviews and found that everyone who bought appliances from this guy got lemonsDO NOT BUY FROM AN APPLIANCE "COMPANY" CALLED APPLIANCES PALACIOSIf their phone number listed is **SSN** or **SSN**
do not buy anything from them!! It's a scam! And I'm out $Hopefully you won't make the same mistake
very bad experience the day August 18, buy a refrigerator and day stopped working and only came the call that is already underway and the technician did not repair the refrigerator and stayed with my money
I bought a washer and dryer from this business via craigslistThey sent me picture of the washer and dryer and the pictures had plastic wrap around the washer and dryerWhen the washer and dryer arrived to my house, they looked way worse than the pictureI called down to the business before the delivery driver unloaded the washer and dryerThey promised me that someone would come right away and replace the parts that were wornThere was a plastic piece on the front of the washer that had metal tape on it too look like it was chromeThey said they would replace it and have never showed upOnce I unwrapped the dryer the front clear plastic piece was broken and I can stick my finger through itThe washing machine worked when I turned it on but is now not workingAgain it was very worn and does look anything like the pictureI have called over times to try and resolve this issueeverytime I get ahold of the girl Kimberly she says that the needs to talk to the owner and will call me right backShe has never called backAt one point she said they are going to replace the washer and dryer with a red LG setWhen the guy answers he is very short and rude to me and usually hangs up on meAt one point I called and he said he has a technician on his way to my houseI explained to him that that kind of thing needs to be scheduled as I have a job and am not homeHe then hung up on me

Review: I purchased a ** Stainless Steel Side-by-side refrigerator from this "business" for $350 on a Saturday. My purchase included a 30 day warranty that was supposed to cover parts and labor. The refrigerator was delivered to me the following day. After letting the refrigerator run for a while, I noticed it was not getting cold. I let the refrigerator run for over 24 hours, but it still did not get cold. At this point, I came to the conclusion that the refrigerator did not work and I contacted the business.
On Sunday, I called the service technician number on the business card that they gave me at purchase. A man answered and asked for my name and address. He then told me that he would send someone over at 10am the next day. By 1pm on Monday, no one had called or shown up to my home. I called a few other numbers that I found from their [redacted] ads and finally talked to someone. After numerous requests, a technician showed up at my home. He examined the refrigerator and told me in broken English that he needed a new part and that he would come back the next day at 1pm. At this point, I have had to throw away all my food.
By Tuesday at 2pm, the technician had not shown up or called. I began to start calling the phone numbers that I had called the previous day but all went to voicemail. I found a new number from a different [redacted] ad that I had not called before and someone picked up. I spoke to her and explained her my problem that my technician had not shown up. After explaining the authenticity of my purchase to her, she let me know that the technician was in the building and that she would go talk to him and call me back. I waited 30 minutes and tried calling her back and she did not pick up. None of my phone calls were returned. At this point, I needed a working refrigerator so I called a repair service. When the repair service showed up, they informed me that my refrigerator had no freon in it at all (which is why it did not work).Desired Settlement: The repair service cost me $150 to inject freon into my refrigerator to get it working. I believe it would be fair if Appliances Palacios compensated me for the $150 of my own money that I had to spend to get this refrigerator working. Appliances Palacios sold me a non-working refrigerator and made barely any effort to honor their warranty agreement. Their customer service was awful and they did not at all care that they had sold me a broken refrigerator and wasted my time.
Review: This company sales faulty appliances to customers. on January 21, 2015 I purchased a GE front load washer for $340. After delivery I found the washer to be defective. after several times of getting the run around and un fulfilled promises of sending a technician to my home for repair, I decided to pay them a visit.
I convinced the owner to follow me to my home and repair the washer. He did. unfortunately it was a temporary repair. 2 days later the washer broke down again. causing a water leakage throughout my laundry area.
After this second mater of damage I called the company again for help. Again I got the run around and more un fulfilled promises of sending a technician to my home for repair, I decided to pay them a visit a second time.
I demanded my money back to the owner. He refused, due to the NO MONEY BACK stamp on the front of the receipt. He promised me that he would have a new one delivered that same night after 5pm. Again they failed. I was left waiting for them once again. On Monday February 9th I went back to the business for a third time, spoke to the owner again, and demanded a new washer.
The second washer was also non working. I realized that once I got back home and installed it.
i'm to the point where I feel cheated and taken advantage of. There is nothing in my power left to do. i'm left with no choice now but to report them, with the fear of them doing this to other consumers. One of my visits there I met another customer of theres that claimed they did the same with him. I didn't think of grabbing his information. Hopefully there is something that the Revdex.com can do about this. Thank You

Review: I bought a refrigerator from Appliances Palacios through [redacted] and [redacted] on 1-15-15. The refrigerator poured out all the freon within a 24 hour period and stopped working. I do have 30 day warranty. I have repeatedly called them for over a week now but they block and ignore my calls...Desired Settlement: Refund money and pick up the refrigerator. I cannot get them to repair this refrigerator. I bought for it 390.00. It worked less than 24 hours...
Review: The store where I purchased my washer and dryer stackable has not operated and have been negleting my calls and asked them after multiple times of neglection and wasting time to return my money and they will not. Some are un-documented workers.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the product only of both defective units for 420$.
Review: This company failed to meet my needs in multiple occasions. They sold me a defective refrigerator that was replaced twice for two other defective refrigerators causing damage to my apartment (scratched doors and floor and ruined paint), are being negligent in responding to complaints and are abusing power. Some of my complaints are stated below:
Customer service failed to provide assistance - I had to insist many times to get their attention and service.
Failure to respond to phone calls or written requests for assistance or support - They delay responses and when promised to come verify the product they don't meet schedule or don't come.
Inappropriate behavior by customer service personnel - Had 3 fridges delivered all with problems.
Late delivery of products and services
Failure to honor services under terms of warranty
Product I purchased was defective
Improper repairs, service and additional damageDesired Settlement: I want my money back and reimbursement for damage to my apartment.
Review: After looking at his craigslist advertisement, I have purchased a refrigerator from this business for the cost of $350 including delivery charges with a 90 day warranty to refund/exchange. The delivered refrigerator seemed to work for the first 2 to 3 days and then had ice formed in the freezer and had issues cooling. After initial phone call 2 of the repair guys came to fix the issue. It did work for 1 more day and the same problem persisted again. Now when I call back my call is not received at all and after 3 days of continuous trying [redacted] who is the owner of this business says he cannot accept the return. I bought a new refrigerator since we needed a working one asap for our new born kid to store mothers milk. When I ask him you cannot sell a broken refrigerator to me he said he said he will call me back and its been 3 weeks now with no more answering to my calls. I request you to kindly take action against this guy [redacted] and his business "Servicio Palacios" and get my money back. Even after I pleaded we have a new born baby he had no concern and is living by deceiving innocent customers. It was my mistake to blindly trust some one on craigslist but please help me in this regard to get my money back. The old refrigerator is still sitting at my place and needed it to be taken away. Review: My husband and I came to this place to check out some washer and dryer on 03/08/2015 . we decided on a pair of washer and dryer. the only thing missing was the pedistal for the dryer and the hose and gas line for the washer and dryer. the lady that was helping us said the ower had the pedistal and that they would deliver the pedistal, hose and gas line the next day after 2pm when she gets in. my husband called the next day to remind them not to forget the hose since they didnt put it on the reciept to have it delivered. he called me and told me that they will be deliver the parts at 5 pm. as we waited for the delivery, I decided to inspect the washer and dryer. come to find that there was mildew and disgusting gunk with hair stuck in the inner rubber part. we waited till it ot dark and nothing was delivered. nor was there a phone call of any kind of updates. I decided to call them and find out what happened. a woman picked up and asked me for the information on the product we bought. she then puts me on hold for a good 10-15 mins. I thought she might have forgot. so I hung up and called again. no one answered the phone. I repeatedly called and they refused to pick up. I called three different numbers. so I decided to call them with my work phone the next day and pretend I was looking for a washer and dryer. and a man picked up the phone. so I know they are ignoring our phone calls. they have a 30 day warranty if they are not answering or returning our calls... how are they going to warranty our appliances when it needs servicing? are they gonna wait till the 30 days are over then tell us our warranty is over? this business needs to be shut down if they are running this kind of business.Desired Settlement: please deliver what was promised. if the business can't deliver what was promised and can't own up to their warranty. I would like to them to come pick up the washer and dryer and refund my money.
Review: I purchases a. ** French Door refrigerator November 2014 with a 60 day warranty. From the start, the temperature fluctuates nothing above 32 degrees which results in frozen groceries. Several calls to appliance palacios were not returned. Finally was able to get in contact with [redacted] scheduled a service call and no one ever showed up. another 2 appointments were scheduled and no one showed up. Attempted to call the business once more, spoke with [redacted] (sales person) stated it was not her job to resolve refrigerator problem,she does what she is told to do. I received a text from her stating someone would be showing up the next day to service the refrigerator, again no one showed up.Desired Settlement: Fix the frig or return the $800 the purchase price of the refrigerator
