Appliance Part Doctor

Review: [redacted] and furniture operates a website called appliancepartdoctor.com which sells parts for appliances as well as appliances. I ordered a replacement motor for my washing machine from them on Sept 17 for $42.93 and was charged for it immediately. I then received an email stating that they have received payment and that my item would be shipped in 24-72 hours and when its shipped they would email a tracking number. I have yet to receive the motor or a tracking number. I have emailed and called every possible contact they have listed, eventually a lady answered the phone at the store and gave me Kevin R[redacted]s cell phone number and stated "you are going to have to deal with him." I have not heard back from them in any way. This is not about the money, it is about principal. They essentially stole my money and it can't be a mistake on their part by forgetting to ship it or a lost shipment because I have given them plenty of opportunity to get back to me to solve this problem and they've chosen not to.Desired Settlement: I would be happy to be refunded the $42.93 but if they insisted on sending the motor, I would accept that as well even though I bought a new washing machine.
