No Refund Received
Ordered a part on Oct 12, 2021 and received order confirmation with an estimated shipping date of 2-9 business days. On Oct 14, 2021 received an email informing me this part was BACKORDERED. I checked the status of this order in April 2022; it remained on BACKORDERED. On Dec 1, 2022, I requested this order be cancelled and my $66.14 be refunded. I was informed via email from Bryan that a check would be issued to me for this amount. This refund amount has never been received even after a Jan 24, 2023 email checking on the processing of this refund. Another email on March 1, 2023 was sent informing this company of their negligent refund process.
This truly frustrating example of poor customer service should make any potential customer fearful of doing business with such a corrupt, unprofessional and unethical business entity.
I submitted a claim to the Consumer Protection Division of my states Attorney General's Office since Appliance Parts 365 ignored all my attempts to resolve this situation with them.

Great price, quick transaction, incomplete order, GHOSTED
They have great prices compared to everyone else. Smooth operation in ordering, collecting full payment, and partially filling my order. One out of four parts. Then GHOSTED; I know why they have great prices and sh!+ reviews. I wish I would have seen this site earlier.

Buyer Beware
I have to say that this is one of the worse companies I have ever ordered from. Not only did it take forever to get the part they say was in stock, the parts was incorrect and did not fit the product specified. I returned the part. The part cost was 79.10 plus 9.95 shipping. It cost me 13.58 to return part and you have the nerve to charge me a 10% restocking fee for an incorrect part that your company shipped! The it cost me $31.44 to get nothing! This is how you do business. Well, I will be writing reviews on every website I can find informing everyone about your poor and deceiving business practices. This is really a pathetic company to steal from potential future customers!

Sent the wrong part and won’t answer the phone!
I ordered a part for my washing machine. They sent the wrong part, and then they won’t pick up the phone or respond to email to fix the error. I paid for 2 day shipping, too, so I wasted a lot of money. Do not order from them unless you want to waste time and money!

SCAM
I’m a victim of being scammed by this company and wish I researched them before placing an order.

I followed the FedEx tracking of the “2-day” shipment. When the expected delivery date passed & the FedEx website made it appear my order wasn’t moving & stuck at a location, I grew suspicious & called FedEx. They opened a special case and called me later in the day to say the package was lost and to have the shipper (ApplianceParts365) contact them to initiate the “lost package process”.

I informed ApplianceParts365 of what FedEx suggested only for them to reply with the same tracking link I’ve already been following which shows the package not moving. I never got a response after I explained the issue again.

On a later date, I was lucky enough to chat with them through their website. Again, I was presented the FedEx link and again I had to explain the story. Eventually, the ApplianceParts365 representative said they would make a duplicate order and I would receive an email with the order # and tracking info. I never received this.

Over the next few days, I sent more emails asking for status for which they ignored.

Then one day, I caught them on their chat feature again. This representative acted like I never chatted with the previous person who made a duplicate order to send me. This person was very argumentative and said he/she won’t do anything until they are given proof that the item was lost by FedEx. I called FedEx numerous times and they tell me they can’t do anything as they need information only the shipper can provide.

How can a “company” continue to scam consumers like this? As I write this on 4/25/2022, they have 342 reviews on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website with an average rating of 1-star and an “F” rating. Rather than further dealing with the headache they caused me, I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card and was quickly refunded by them. I hope the credit card company doesn’t let them off the hook though. Someway/how, ApplianceParts365.com website needs to be shut down!

I gave them a chance and they did me right
I was skeptical after reading reviews. I called and actually got a live person who assured me that due to Covid over the last year parts have been very sporadic to get, but I still ordered just a bit over $300 in parts. Ordered on a Tuesday morning and the parts all shipped out the following Monday. I received all my parts in under 10 days. So far the generic Speed Queen motor seems to be working fine. The windings on it are not as thick AWG as the OEM one but for a 3rd of the price if it last me 5 years Im good with it.
The Speed Queen no name parts are very inexpensive so I bought enough to rebuild 6 Dryers. So far Ive used most of the parts and time will tell how good they are.

Total scam company.
Need negative star ratings for this company. Parts took forever, but came destroyed and unusable. Dozens of unanswered emails, 44 calls with no answer or call back to messages. Still unresolved. Run don't walk away from this company. Buy elsewhere for sure.

If I coukd give a -1 I would
I ordered a part 2/6/22. Got notice that part was shipped 2/11/22. Over a week later fedex still shows as label 🏷 printed and waiting on shipment. Every time I attempt to cancel they just send that same garbage that the part is shipped. I send them proof that it's not shipped and they ignore me. They are a SCAM!

TERRIBLE customer service! Charged my credit card, item never shipped, took three weeks for refund
I ordered an item on Jan 21, 2022. They charged my cc on Jan 22. February 4th I checked my order status and it showed "processing, not shipped". I sent them an email asking for an update, and why after three weeks the items hasn't shipped.

They responded with a canned, pre-made email saying to please be patient. I responded asking why my cc had been charged three weeks ago and that I'd like a human response explaining the delay.

I received an email stating they cancelled my order, and issued a refund. No call, no communication, no explanation, just a cancelled order after having my money for three weeks.

These folks are either the worst business managers ever, or scammers (imagine the interest on charging a couple hundred customer's credit cards and not refunding their money until they complain weeks later).

Either way, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You've been warned, and you will be sorry.

Took the money and ran
Paid $42 for a latch via PayPal. Company did not send an invoice, shipping info, answer any calls/emails. Totally ghosted after $42. Be very careful w this “company”

Is the anything lower than 1 star
Ordered on Thursday following Thursday still no info payed for fast shipping what a joke. No return call after 2 messages left and email. Finally got a hold on a chat the person said let me go down and pull your order which meant she went down grabbed the parts I ordered a week ago and said oh I’ve them and we will mail them out. So who knows when I would have gotten my parts if it was that easy to pull the parts they’ve got big big problems.. don’t order from this Company.

Absolute Scam
This company is a scam. They showed my part in stock, took my $112.06 and then sent an email stating the part was back-ordered. They do not reply to messages, they do not return calls or answer the phone, they show a chat option but then as you're completing they go offline. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible company! Terrible service
I went back and forth with CS to ensure the correct replacement part for our microwave oven bulbs (a non essential part but conveniently located where I appreciate light). I was assured that what they had was correct and ordered. They took forever to arrive (this was Pre-COVID) and no communication without requiring me to repeat info requests which were already in the email string that I used and responded to.
Last communication was to say that they’d have their manager look into it. Almost a year ago.
The item was not valuable but my time is and this was a HUGE waste of it. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!

Very easy to work with.
I had a very good experience with this company. I ordered a part for my dishwasher on 10/31/20. It shipped on 11/10/20. By 12/13/20 I still hadn’t received it, so I sent them an email and they explained to me that it had been shipped, but since I hadn’t received it, they’d be happy to reimburse me and my account was credited the next day. However, on 1/9/21 my part arrived in the mail! Turns out USPS parcels were very backed up because of volume and Covid. I sent another email to applianceparts365 and they told me to keep the part and, as a courtesy for my inconvenience, they would not charge me. It was a pleasure to deal with them!

No one but this company had the part I neededAnd with five days to Christmas I was panicking because my whole stove was down I contacted them they had the part available and shipped it out and I got it for next day air for a very low price as a matter fact their price was at least 30% lower than any of the competitors all the other competitors told me at least one month lead time including my local parts houses in Florida so thankful that I was able to get this part

ApllianceParts365 Really suck!
ApllianceParts365 Really Suck! They sell you parts and then they lead you with a carrot on a stick with lies and probabilities and never come through with your purchase. If your looking for parts look elsewhere. Save yourself a headache. PartsDr is just as cheap and actually reliable.

Won't be ordering from here again!?!
Ordered drain pump for my washer Nov. 2 2020. Part has yet to appear. I am beyond mad with this experience. I've sent multiple messages phone and email. Not one response has been made. They were real quick to take my money but, avoid contact what so ever. I guess I'm going to have to request my refund from paypal. Worst experience EVER! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM APPLIANCE PARTS 365!
Won't be ordering from here again!?!

Horrible experience Non-existing customer service
Ordered a drain plug for my Samsung washer on Nov 19th.Paid extra for expedited 2 day Fed-Ex express service. Could not use the washing machine unless I replaced the part. I waited almost a week. No tracking number was ever given. Called the company had had to leave a message because no one answers Emailed them, got NO response. Desperate to get this so my family can do laundry,I searched locally. I found it the same day for less $$. Today the the damn part shows up. Its Dec 7th . I have never given any company a bad review. But consumers deserve to know who they are dealing with. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!

Crooked Company
Ordered a fridge seal. Not even shipped until I called 20 some days later. Installed to find zero magnetization. No human available via phone. Email response non existent until I filed paypal claim. They requested I send back at my cost and deduction of restock fee...for a bad part! Pushed forward with paypal. They then requested I fill out and agree to their warranty policy, which states regardless of date received the warranty is void 30 day AFTER DATE OF PURCHASE. Not dumb enough to fall for this one! Additionally, to file a claim now request serial # of the fridge I got rid of (30 days no cold food, too much!). Even if warranty approved THEY chose if you get refund or replacement part. Pay pal refunded me, buyer beware! Unethical, no responses unless it is to scam you out of return/replace/refund.
