Terrible Customer Service and EXTREMELY rudeWas told that if the part was incorrect we could bring it back...sure enough it was the wrong part for our model and we brought it back the very next dayThe lady working even admitted that she told us that if it was wrong it could be brought back and still would not take it back saying now that "all sales are final." How do you run business this way?! I do not recommend this place to anyoneTruly a rip off

Review: Enclosed is a copy of receipt for repairs to my GE dishwasher on Nov 7, 2013 I called back to tell them it was not starting & was not working. They came back out on Dec. 18, 2013 said they had to order board part and would be back the following Tuesday Dec 24, 2013, I changed my plans to be home on holiday they did not show up and not answering phone. I called every day they finally answered after Jan 7, 2014. He did not applogized said he would order part and call-he didn't. I call yesterday and he put me on hole for 10 min. I called back he said he was busy, I asked him if he wanted to call me back, he said he would, He did not. I called him this morning and he said he wasn't making enough money and would not do the work as promised. His agreement was not to charge another service charge and to give price break at cost on part. I appreciated that very much. He told me he was to busy- I have been without a dishwasher 2 1/2 months. He did not even apologize and do the right thing, even though he knows I am a low income widow senior and he took my $89.00Desired Settlement: An apology and a refund.
