This company was not honest with us about a service call***, who came out to fix out stove, told us they had all the parts for our stove, then when he found out he had to pull the whole thing out to do more work, says they didn't make parts for that particular piece? I later called the parts store and found out they did make the partsAnd all the while he tried to tell our landlord (after he was caught in the lie) that the part was flimsy and not recommended? I called another stove repair guy with years experience and he said that guy was jerking us around, those parts are fine and what they use in new ovens So I called the company to talk to his supervisor and she ended up over talking me so I couldn't get a word in saying nothing abot resolving the issue that he lied that they carried the part at allShe went on and on about how its an aftermarket part and they don't always recommend them, but that was not what I was telling her- I was saying he lied they had them at all, and since he never even called to check to see if they had them before he said he couldn't do the work, made it pretty clear he just didn't want to do the work She hung up on me telling me our landlord will have to find another repair person? Never once letting me talk, only protecting her worker with double speak, she handled this very poorly
This company was not honest with us about a service call. [redacted], who came out to fix out stove, told us they had all the parts for our stove, then when he found out he had to pull the whole thing out to do more work, says they didn't make parts for that particular piece?
I later called the parts store and found out they did make the parts. And all the while he tried to tell our landlord (after he was caught in the lie) that the part was flimsy and not recommended? I called another stove repair guy with 40 years experience and he said that guy was jerking us around, those parts are fine and what they use in new ovens.
So I called the company to talk to his supervisor and she ended up over talking me so I couldn't get a word in saying nothing abot resolving the issue that he lied that they carried the part at all. She went on and on about how its an aftermarket part and they don't always recommend them, but that was not what I was telling her- I was saying he lied they had them at all, and since he never even called to check to see if they had them before he said he couldn't do the work, made it pretty clear he just didn't want to do the work.
She hung up on me telling me our landlord will have to find another repair person? Never once letting me talk, only protecting her worker with double speak, she handled this very poorly.
