Wed, Jan 25, at 10:AMSubject: ***To: [email protected] I am responding a complaint from *** ***.Friday 1-13-She ordered and purchased a evaporator fan motor ( part number ***) from our website for $18.99, then paid for expedited shipped for $Our shipping truck has already left for the day so we had her package through the weekend (which we are closed) and the holiday on Monday which was no shippingshe called yelling she paid for expedite shipping and where is it because she hasn't received it yet and should have received it TuesdayI informed her That Monday was a holiday and we don't work weekendsShe became irate about it not shipping yet and that the expedited should have shipped sat and been delivered Tuesday or WednesdayI again tried to explained we don't work weekendsThen she brought up information because we gave her a tracking number but I don't understand how she thinks it was fake because it was a legit postage label on a package waiting to go out that dayIn the end the we decided that it was just best to fully refund her order as she was rude and very disrespectful.Thank you for your time
