Here? I will NOT file any additional claim against you, with my credit card company or otherwise, as long as I receive a check for the full amount of payment made to youSince no personal information can be added to these emails, how would you like me to verify my address? over the phone. There is no restocking fee. He will get the full refund back minus the shipping and handling of $7.95 for a total refund of $58.85. He just needs to include his name, address, the order number, and the RA number which is RA [redacted].

sent which they were unable to do. We did offer to replace the element but needed the model number which they did not provide. We attempted to confirm their address to send another one to them and they stated that they wanted their money back. They have the part and are currently using so we are unable to have it warrantied and refund them the full amount. What we are able to and willing to do is issue a refund for the price of the part, which is $19.98; or we can ship out a brand new element at no cost to the customer. We ask that the customer acknowledge and agree in writing that if they accept either option that this will satisfy the complaint and they will not file a dispute with their credit card.
