Very unprofessional. Guy that answers the phone that claims he is a supervisor needs training in customer service. He is very disrespectful, hanged up the phone a view times because I told him I needed to speak to his manager, but not before telling me that I was not going to speak to anybody else. Can't understand how businesses like these continue to operate with unqualified employees like these. They seem to always want to rush you off the phone without offering any help, to be honest its like you are disturbing their leisure time when you call. Being in a service industry you have to be able to empathize with your customers and if you don't possess the patients and understanding you are in the wrong business. You also have to be able to deescalate situations with dissatisfied customers, so get some training Mr. Supervisor, so you can lead by example. Service tech showed up a week after a service request was made only to inform me that the washing machine needs a part that they are going to have to order and that the office would contact me. Two days after nobody contacted me I called to find out when they would come out, but before I could finish explaining the rude employee keep cutting me off, as if to say, if they said they would call just sit and wait. There is nothing Pro about Pro Appliance.

Bought a part with a 30 day warranty. Business did not want to honor that warranty.[redacted] came to my house to repair my washing machine on 1-21-16.He replaced the shift actuator.He informed me that the part came with a 30 day warranty and if it didn't work to call and they would come back out and replace the part and I would only be charged again for labor.I wrote them a check for $160.The washer worked for 2-3 cycles and stopped.I called them back on 1-26-16 and informed them that my washing machine was not working.They said they would return my call by noon the following day.I did not receive that call.I have called and left two more messages since then and no response.Desired SettlementI want the money that I played for the part returned.Business Response We replaced the shift actuator on customers clothes washer. She called back a week or so later stating that the washer was working fine but would leak after she would do 3 or 4 loads. That did not make any sense to us but we went back out anyway to look for a leak we filled the washing machine several times and drained it several times could not find it leaking no where!!!!! We did not charge her for going back out there. She called back a couple of days or so later stating that the washing machine was not working anymore and leaking still. I asked her was it leaking on every load she said no only after she done three or four loads in a row. I informed her that I would talk to the technician see what was actually done and will get back with her on maybe refunding her some of her money told her that it would be this week before I got back with her this was Thursday or Friday of last week Saturday, February 6 I received the return check that she wrote us that was returned insufficient Funds so we have not been paid a dime for the call and have gained a Nother $15 charge on top of being out $160 for the check that she wrote. I feel like as the business owner that she is just trying to get something for free I would like this case dismissed and taking off the record if possible. I honestly feel that her washing machine is working and she knew that she wrote the bad check and was trying to get me to refund money to her before this check came back returned
