This guy called us because he had bought a gas range & he needed it converted from L.Pgas to natural gas We informed him if range did not required any parts that we could convert for $plus tax due when doneWhen service man went there to do so he found that the regulator was bad & could not convert it without replacing regulator total cost gave to him was $148.78, he gave us the okay to do & we ordered part in We called him when got part days later & he set up day & time to go back & install it August 20, but he then called us back & said he could not pay repair bill, but would give us a partial paymentI, the owner said no, I would not accept a partial payment Office help was supposed to call him and give him my message but was unable to get back in touch with him toHe did then call complaining about us not coming & I talked to him & told him then that we would not repair range unless he could paid bill But whenever he could, we would be glad to come back & repair it He became very irate on phone & threated me & said he was going to contact you Where he got this new part was defective or even price of repair even went up $I do not knowHe never ever say these things to meThings are still the same whenever he is able to pay his bill, we will repair it for total given up frontThank you
