[redacted] Please See Attached Documents [redacted] December 1, 2015ID# [redacted] Dear Revdex.com:The customer· came In and bought a door style fridge on sale as it had a few dentsThe price of thatfridge Is over $and they got It for $We set it up and delivered it to them shortly afterwardThe customer calledin to complain that It wasn't getting coldWe offered a loaner and went out and picked it up to be worked on in shopOurwarehouse told us everything was good to go so we set It back up to be deliveredA short time later the customer calledand said they were having the same problemsAgain we offered a loaner and I (Jake) told her I would find another one fOrherIt took some time to get a nice replacement and she came back to the store and saw a NEW fridge that cost over$that we had on sale for $1900.I wasn't at the store when she came in and was called by one of my sales associates.I thought she had paid $for the original fridge so I told him to just give It to her for $more !Is this Is what we paidfor the fridge and I wanted to get her taken care ofShe paid the $and we delivered the fridge, It wasn't till I got backto the ofice that I realized she hadn't paid $to begin withBut I thought oh well it takes care of a problemSo notonly did I lose $for the sale of the fridge but also gave to her for loss than what we paid for it as It was my mistake.Never once did the customer call to complain about this issue with meI only heard of it when I received a letter fromRevdex.com.Sincerely,Appliance ConnectionJacob C [redacted] -Manager

This has been resolved on our end ***
Customer was agreeable to Bobby being worked through the application process, customer was given the pink copy of their receipt - the other finacial documents are sent via email from the 3rd party finance companyThe customers financing was
approved then declined - We have no idea why it is 3rd party & we have no say or control which is why they were unable to pick up the set - they had not been payed for!
the finance company isn't open (other than online) on weekends so we had to wait until Monday to find out why they were approved then declined, it was a glitch in their system, when we called to explain this we were met with horrible language & hung up on - We canceled the sale, through the finance company & they got their money from us through the charge back on their card / the rest is up to easy finance

customer calledin to complain that It wasn't getting cold. We offered a loaner and went out and picked it up to be worked on in shop. Ourwarehouse told us everything was good to go so we set It back up to be delivered. A short time later the customer calledand said they were having the same problems. Again we offered a loaner and I (Jake) told her I would find another one fOrher. It took some time to get a nice replacement and she came back to the store and saw a NEW fridge that cost over$2500 that we had on sale for $1900.I wasn't at the store when she came in and was called by one of my sales associates.I thought she had paid $1000 for the original fridge so I told him to just give It to her for $200 more !Is this Is what we paidfor the fridge and I wanted to get her taken care of. She paid the $200 and we delivered the fridge, It wasn't till I got backto the ofice that I realized she hadn't paid $1000 to begin with. But I thought oh well it takes care of a problem. So notonly did I lose $700 for the sale of the fridge but also gave to her for loss than what we paid for it as It was my mistake.Never once did the customer call to complain about this issue with me.
