I would like for them to apply the amount I paid them toward a new pump, as was their agreement They can mail the pump to me and I will install it or hire someone else to install it

Dear Sir,Our technician has only cleaned the drain pump which was full of keys,nails and other foreign objects.We have done this cleaning and made your washing machine in working condition.This type of negligence is not covered under warranty.You have paid us deductible according to your

We needed to have the dryer opened up to remove a sock that fell into the opening for the lint filter. I was disappointed with the lack of concern the techinician showed for our property. I already told him what the problem was when he arrived...he did not need to spend time diagnosing the problem. He tried to take the easy way out by pulling at a long sock that was very tightly wrapped around the fan of our Samsung dryer instead of opening it up to unwrap the sock safely. He ended up opening it anyway because he was not able to force the sock out. I truly hope that he did not cause more damaged to our dryer. I suggested for him to clean the fan once he unwrapped the sock off of it but he refused to do so because in his words... "this already took too long".

I called the manager who said there was no record of this, so I faxed the voucher. The manager then told me I shouldn't have paid him that much but wouldn't refund the amount or apply it toward a pump. He said I obviously wanted to pay him that much otherwise I wouldn't have. I called back to confirm I'd heard correctly - originally I was told the cost of the $45 initial visit would be applied toward the cost of repair. This time he told me he'd talked to the tech who said he'd "cleaned" the washing machine. Said it was like having a car serviced and they cleaned the car for you. (The entire portable washer cost $250 new.) I would like for them to apply the amount I paid them toward a new pump, as was their agreement.
