Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/12/06) */
Hi,
We came to [redacted] house on 18 of November because her top load washing machine wasn't draining.
The technician came and diagnosed its the motor, in her model there is no separate pump only a housing that sits on the motor and the...

motor does the draining and the spinning and it didn't rotate in the draining mode, and to test it he filled the washer with water to check that its not draining and before taking the pump housing apart from the motor to check that nothing is stuck inside he needed to drain the water that's the first point that [redacted] made that he left water inside the washing machine its not possible because he needed to drain the water before removing the pump housing or the water will be all over the place because the drain hose connected to it, part of removing the water was done by lowering the drain hose and vacuuming the water with a wet and dry vacuum that show that the hose was clear and not clogged and the second point is that she said the different company that came after found that the drain hose was probably clogged and left without charging her and without unclogging the hose, why they didn't charge her for a simple unclogging the hose repair and why did she buy a new washer if the hose was clogged, then its not a washer problem.
We told [redacted] before the service call that we wave the service call only if the repair is done. if we couldn't repair it then we won't charge her but it was her decision to not repair it because its was an expensive repair, not all of the repairs are cheap specially major ones like replacing a motor. We spend our time to come and diagnose the problem we did our job.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/12/08) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
until now, the washer is filled with water. You can come see it for yourself. Of course you would say the motor needs to be replaced, as that is your business. [redacted]
