Review: In January I contacted Appliance Repair Pro, after I purchased a wine fridge and it wasn't cooling. A repairman came out to my house for the service call and charged me $69.95 for service fee. He mentioned and the website stated that any service fees would be deducted from the repair cost. The repairman stated that I needed a new control board and that it would take 2-3 weeks to contact their supplier for the part because it would be coming from China and that he would contact me when it had arrived to schedule the repair. After a month and no response from the Company I called, left several message was told I'd get a return call never did, then when I finally got to speak with someone was told they were still waiting on the part. Then over the next several months call after call I was continually given the same excuses they were trying to get the part from the manufacturer. I just returned home after three weeks and went online contacted the manufacturer through their website customer service portal on Sunday and got a response Monday, 31 March. I just spoke to someone today and they are sending me the part I need after I talked to one of their service reps. I contacted the repair company to find out about a refund since they did absolutely nothing for me to repair my fridge over the past four months but make excuses and was told there was a no refund policy.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of the $69.96 service fee, as this would have been deducted from any cost of parts, repair and labor on my wine fridge. As I see it, they did absolutely nothing except take my money and hope that I wouldn't call back. Their customer service is atrocious. I was told numerous times I would receive a call about the status of my repairs and those calls never came! Yet every time I called and gave them my address they quickly knew what I was calling about and made excuses
