Review: Did not show for 1st appointment, called and rescheduled for next day. Charged $59.95

for a service call; needed to order a part; I followed up since they did not; gave me an

exorbitant estimate, I asked for breakdown: labor & parts. Never got back to me; I

called 3 more times, ea time he said he would talk to his technician, never got back to me.

I finally had another company repair the appliance for less that 1/2 the cost they

quoted.Desired Settlement: I would like my service call fee returned due to lack of follow up from this company.
