Just wanted to share my experience about having my Viking stove repaired with Appliance Repair Pros, IncIT WAS FANTASTIC!!! My Viking stove broke, and I called Appliance Repair Pros in the morning, and I was able to get an appointment within hours *** the technician was able to diagnose the issue quickly and fix the problem fastThe tech gave me a good price, and an excellent warranty
Absolutely terrible experience with Appliance Repair Pros Nothing about them is professional Technician came to our home to assess repair of microwave Assessment was done in seconds without turning microwave on at all The assessment was for no less than $1,for repair The repairman did not even try to operate microwave After he left we called the main office to complain about the service call of $ After relaying our story to the owner, he agreed the service was not up to standards and said however we paid, he would refund the amount Two weeks later, he cashed our check and further attempts to contact him have proved unsuccessful DO NOT USE
