I Called Appliance Repair Specialist LLC to give me a professional opinion on a broken dishwasher door as to whether the door is broken due to wear and tear or improper use and abuse. He stated that it was wear and tear but refused to write this on the receipt, when I told him I was getting a second opinion. he wrote springs are stretched out allowing door to fall and bend the hinges I paid him to tell me what I already knew-that the dishwasher door was broken. the specialist did not help me at all.
