Review: My fiance called this online company, based in New York, to have them come out to our house and fix our washing machine. It was leaking water and there was a flood in our laundry room. They came out on 12/**/13 to assess the situation. They claimed to have repaired a "boot" that they claimed was wrong with the washing machine, charged us $50 on top of the fee it cost to 'repair' the washer and left. About a month ago, I noticed a little water collecting under the washer and mopped it up, keeping an eye on it every time I washed clothes, being careful not to overload the washer. Yesterday, I washed a load of clothes and when the wash cycle was complete, the same exact thing happened in the laundry room...there was a flood. We called and our call was received with disdain and an attitude. They acted like it was our fault and that they would have someone out to our house today, at an additional $50 charge for showing up and that they refused to honor the work they did the first time. I checked the work that they did and the "boot" or seal had come loose and was leaking water all over the floor. This was not repaired properly in the first place and we feel that this company should replace the shabby work that they performed and repair it properly without charging us. They told my fiance that the work was only guaranteed for three months and when we read the small print on the back of the invoice, there is absolutely NOTHING on the back of their invoice that states that there is a warranty for only three months.Desired Settlement: I want our washing machine fixed properly and completely. This company did an unsatisfactory job and it needs to be fixed at their expense.
