Overall, I was not happy with this businessDespite being called "Same Day" they were not able to send anyone for several days My first appointment was postponed by the companyIt was challenging to get someone after five o'clock The gentleman who came left my washer and dryer pulled out from the wall and misaligned, leaving a V shaped space between them I have a back injury and am not strong enough to push them back He used my own upstairs vacuum to clean the dryer, whcih has left my dryer in need of servicing He sent me around the outside to find the dryer pipe instead of looking for it himself He recommended adding a fan in the pipe and when I said I did not know how he asked whether I lived alone (not at all in an inappropriate way - but still a personal question)I admit I know nothing about my dryer - that's why I called an expert
