After calling whirlpool about my brand new washer that was leaking, they told me to call the contracted companyI called appliance scienceThe technician showed up but did absolutely nothing to fix my washer,but documented in his "notes" on his laptopHe said to call back if it was still leakingSo it was and I did call to schedule another appointmentBetween 8a-12p my tech was suppose to arriceBy 1pm I called the company and they had the tech call meHe said that he was running behind, but never bothered to still come by to fix my washerInstead set up yet another aptAgain did not show up,or even call for that matterI again called the company but never got a return phone callTHE ONLY REASON I called them back at all was because it was warranty contract company for my washerI would never recommend this company to anyoneThey wasted my time on more than one day and kept me from finding a different contracted company that would actually show up
