In a time of need you promptly showed up to repair my year old refrigerator/freezer, late the night before I realize the food in freezer is thawingBy noon you were here, your knowledge showed when you went straight to the issue, the fact that you had the part required in the van is impressive, and approximately an hour later problem fixedI found you to be very professional and courteousI do recommend contacting this business for repairs

Made an appt told $65 for a Service Call & would be given an estimate for the cost of any parts or labor needed to fix it.
Kevin arrived, look at fridge then said there was an ice build up in the fridge. He said he melted it & if it happened again to leave the door open for 24 hrs then asked for $110. I asked what happened to an estimate for any add'l charges or at least telling us.
He said, "I'm sorry for not telling you but I did the work & your fridge is working now".
I told him this was not right.
He said, "fine I'll charge you the $65 but don't call me again, I'm not coming back".
Other than not forthcoming, he was knowledgable, arrived in a company van & wearing a uniform.
If you call this company I would make it clear as soon as they arrived you need to know if there will be any add'l charges.

We've had both our dishwasher and oven fixed by Appliance Service of Lexington and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The dishwasher was repaired two years ago and we've had no problems since and I CAN FINALLY USE MY OVEN RELIABLY AGAIN! I'm so thankful! Great experiences, won't use anyone else!

I was very satisfied with using Appliance Service of Lexington, Inc. [redacted] showed up right when they said he would and was very quick with servicing my dryer. He was in and out within less than an hour and my dryer was back to drying clothes in no time! The cost was affordable as well. I have no complaints and would recommend using this company with any repairs you may need in your household. I know I will be!

Kevin Glass of Appliance Service of Lexington did a fantastic job fixing my refrigerator. I came home one night to water leaking into the refrigerator from the freezer. I thought I would have to buy a new one. Kevin saw the problem right away was simply a clogged drain. He fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. I was happy to find an honest and dependable repairman, and that I was saved the cost of a new refrigerator. I highly recommend Kevin and Appliance Service!

These folks are the best. Our washing machine kept filling with water and wouldn't stop, so my wife turned off the water to the machine. She called them in the morning. The lady who answered the phone was super nice and said she'd try her best to get a repair person out that afternoon. Sure enough, he showed up same day, very professional, very nice, and fixed the problem quickly. We highly recommend Appliance Service of Lexington, Inc. We'll definitely use them again for any of our appliance repairs. Wonderful company. The price was reasonable, too. They saved us a lot of money.
