Made an appt told $for a Service Call & would be given an estimate for the cost of any parts or labor needed to fix it Kevin arrived, look at fridge then said there was an ice build up in the fridgeHe said he melted it & if it happened again to leave the door open for hrs then asked for $I asked what happened to an estimate for any add'l charges or at least telling us He said, "I'm sorry for not telling you but I did the work & your fridge is working now" I told him this was not right He said, "fine I'll charge you the $but don't call me again, I'm not coming back" Other than not forthcoming, he was knowledgable, arrived in a company van & wearing a uniform If you call this company I would make it clear as soon as they arrived you need to know if there will be any add'l charges

I was very satisfied with using Appliance Service of Lexington, Inc [redacted] showed up right when they said he would and was very quick with servicing my dryerHe was in and out within less than an hour and my dryer was back to drying clothes in no time! The cost was affordable as wellI have no complaints and would recommend using this company with any repairs you may need in your householdI know I will be!

We've had both our dishwasher and oven fixed by Appliance Service of Lexington and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The dishwasher was repaired two years ago and we've had no problems since and I CAN FINALLY USE MY OVEN RELIABLY AGAIN! I'm so thankful! Great experiences, won't use anyone else!
