I am rejecting this response because:I initially said there were scratches, which there are, and I specifically asked them to have the manager come view these in person as they do not photograph well due to the glare on the doorsI refused to pay because the job was not completed successfully and said that I would pay once they fixed what they brokeI sent additional photos to the repair company showing the additional damages from their repair manThey refused to respond to me, call me back, or complete their job successfully They left my machine unbalanced, my dryer with bent prongs and not plugged in all the way, and a peg of my washer broken offI have pictures to prove all of this as well as the text thread of the photos sent to the claim number they requested I send them toThey said they received themThis is beside the repair of the manufacturer, these are damages that we caused by Appliance Services Plus repair person when replacing the parts from the manufacturerI am asking they pay for the repairs to fix the additional damage they caused to my machine.I am disregarding the scratches and the fact that he left my laundry room with metal fragments and dirt all over and I have two small children running around even though this was extremely unprofessional and disrespectfulI would like them to pay for the repairs that are necessary for my machines to work properlyThe broken peg, and the repair person I have to have come out and balance my washer and put my units back in place so that my dryer can be plugged in properly and safely.I have attached photos showing that the machine was moved and the broken pad from under the washer as well as the bent plug from the dryerThis was also causing my dryer to not dry completely

Ms***, Ms***'s range had corrosion that was not covered by her extended warranty in April 2017. Ms*** filed another claim with her extended warranty in June 2017. Parts were backordered until September 2017. When parts arrived we repaired Ms***'s range on
9/13/2017. She contacted our office on 9/and stated her appreciation for the service on that daySincerely, *** ***

Ms. [redacted] stated there were scratches on the door that our employee was not able to see.  Scratches are a cosmetic issue and are not covered by manufacturer warranty.  He took several pictures and they show no scratches.  We replaced parts on her washer that were covered by the...

manufacturer and she refused to pay labor to install those parts that she previously agreed to pay.  We referred her back to the manufacturer of her washer.

I am rejecting this response because:I initially said there were scratches, which there are, and I specifically asked them to have the manager come view these in person as they do not photograph well due to the glare on the doors. I refused to pay because the job was not completed successfully and said that I would pay once they fixed what they broke. I sent additional photos to the repair company showing the additional damages from their repair man. They refused to respond to me, call me back, or complete their job successfully.  They left my machine unbalanced, my dryer with bent prongs and not plugged in all the way, and a peg of my washer broken off. I have pictures to prove all of this as well as the text thread of the photos sent to the claim number they requested I send them to. They said they received them. This is beside the repair of the manufacturer, these are damages that we caused by Appliance Services Plus repair person when replacing the parts from the manufacturer. I am asking they pay for the repairs to fix the additional damage they caused to my machine.I am disregarding the scratches and the fact that he left my laundry room with metal fragments and dirt all over and I have two small children running around even though this was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
