Called these folks to repair my LG dryer They were courteous when here Identified the problem We were satisfied, thenA couple of days later we noticed some tape on the side of the dryer They had broken the top and latching mechanism I called and asked for them to repair their damage I have repeatedly been told, "when the part arrives we will call you to fix the damage" I called LG, they have no record of this company ordering parts LG claims they are NOT authorized service for themIt has been months and the same person, Salomon, answers the phone and has become surley and rude I don't believe they have or will order parts or have any intention of repairing their damageDON'T CALL THESE GUYS IT MAY COST YOU MORE LATER ! ! ! ! !

Called to fix a leaking Samsung washing machine and was given a 9a to 12p appointment windowThey didn't showAfter several calls and voice mail messages was contacted and told the repair truck had mechanical problemsRescheduled and two men arrived around 2:30pInspected the machine, replaced a hose and charged me $Running the machine two days later still leakingMany calls and emails go unreturnedHighly discourage anyone from using this company
