I contacted this company for dryer repair and was given an estimate for service over the phone for $89.99 to repair 2 drum rollers, a idler pulley, and belt. After the repair, the repairman told me the total would be $289.11, nearly $200 over the original price quoted to me over the phone. At this time it was negotiated and I agreed to pay a total of $120 for the service. The dryer stopped working a few hours after the repairman left and we have been unable to get them to reschedule someone to come back and fix it. It has been a week and both my husband and I have made several attempts to contact them and now they have just stopped answering the phone for us.Product_Or_Service: 08/18/2014Desired SettlementThere was a $60 service fee that was waived when we agreed to receive service. So I am requesting the difference of $60, that we paid the day of the repair. According to the company, repairs are guaranteed for 30 days and parts and labor are guaranteed for 60 days.
