At this time, I have been contacted directly by Appliance Showroom regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:they said they would refund our money But that was a lie They never did Then they threatened to sue us! Review: We ordered a cooktop (stove), washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. They did not deliver the cooktop. the washer literally exploded when we first used it (we believe and the guys that installed it believe that it was referbished). The dryer was broken and was a European model that wasn't licensed for use in the US. The refrigerator was broken and was a different (less expensive) model than we ordered. We returned the washer and dryer on the promise of a refund. They never refunded our money for the washer, the dryer or the cooktop that we never received. We are working with our credit card company to get a refund before we order a new fridge.Desired Settlement: Refund our money for the cooktop, washer and dryer. And then take back the fridge and refund the money for that too.

Review: We ordered a microwave from Appliance showroom in 11/**. I had repeatedly called and emailed [redacted] at Appliance Showroom. They delivered a defective microwave and I upgraded my purchase for a better microwave and they installed a new microwave. However, the new microwave was NOT the microwave that I had ordered or paid for. I did not realize until after a week or so that the microwave was NOT what I had purchased. I immediately called the [redacted] at Appliance showroom and he said that since the microwave was already used he could not replace it. I told him that they installed the WRONG microwave and do they not know what microwaves they install. They never responded to me and I gave up trying to contact them. Now, the microwave is broken and I've re-contacted them but again no response to my emails. I spoke to someone at the company and they said that if I would give them MORE money then they would give me the microwave I ORIGINALLY ordered. This is totally unacceptable and someone should be responsible for getting me my original microwave that I paid for.Desired Settlement: A new microwave-the one I originally ordered.
