The WORST company I have ever encountered. As a Realtor, I understand the importance of a referral pipeline.... and I will NEVER refer my clients to this company. I will do everything in my power to prevent anyone else from having to deal with their unprofessionalism and complete carelessness towards your issue. Firstly, they make you text them, you cannot talk to anyone on the phone, not even my home warranty company could get a hold of them. When you do call the number listed, it provides an alternative number to text... which is the same number you called! They came out the of week of Thanksgiving to repair my gas-leaking oven to which they found no leaks... even though the repairman agreed that he too smelled a leak. I had [redacted] come out a week later and discovered 5 different origins of the leak. It is now 1/5/16 and ASI has yet to call me for an appointment regardless of the number of times I've texted them.
