My water will not dispense nor make iceI have set up a time for someone to come out yet they call me when they are at my house and refuses to give m I bought a new ref and I called them out to fix the ice and water it does not dispense I set up an appointment but the tech [redacted] first calls my phone did not say anything I had to call him back and he said he was at my houseHe did not give me a mins time frame and told me I need to reschedule my appt was between 11am and 4pm I told him since it's just noon to put me on the next house he said No II would have to rescheduleI called his supervisor [redacted] and I told him I didn't want [redacted] to my home since he seem that he didn't want to do the job anyway and he told me that I do not have a mins window like the install I need to r/s and it's not 4pm yet

Business refused to refund entire purchase price of Maytag dishwasher that didn't perform as advertised, AND charged me to come and get it back

I purchased a brand new Whirlpool ice maker from this business on June 24, and on July 20th it stopped workingIt was no longer making ice and was running continuously wasting waterI contacted Appliance Solutions and they sent out a repair man after daysHe advised that it was low on Freon (then it has a leak which would be a health hazard) or the heat valve was malfunctioningI was advised to contact Whirlpool for a replacementThey then told me that Whirlpool is requesting a second opinion to confirm that the unit is not working, what an asinine statementIf it was working, then I wouldn't need a new oneI am getting the run around from the company and they have refused to give me a new unitI no longer trust the company and I want a new one to ensure that it works properlyThey also advised that they would charge me a re-stock fee of 20%, which I find offensive since I am not voluntarily returning the product, IT IS NOT WORKING! Refrigerator has been leaking water since the day it was installedStore refuses to replace or repair the install for which I was charged
I purchased several major appliances from this store and was charged for professional installationThe refrigerator has been leaking water since the hour it was installedI have spoken with the staff at the location of purchase and they refused to replace the fridge or repair the installation because it is under manufacturer warrantyI understand that I am free to schedule maintenance through the manufacturer's lenghty process but I believe that Appliance Solutions is at fault in this case because the product was not installed professionally as I was charged forIt has never functioned properly and I was told a twenty percent restocking fee would be charged for any returns, even for damaged merchandiseThe product was sold as new in box

Appliance Solutions were quick to schedule and service my dryerThe replacement parts were factory certified and replaced in a timely and professional manner James was our tech and was courteous, calling to confirm appointment, giving his name and type of vehicle he would be driving for an insured feeling of safety It may seem little but it is the little things that make a difference in customer service

It took a little longer than we anticipated to receive the part. This we have no control over. When we received the part and called her to set up time for install, she told us she had purchased the part herself and the unit was fixed and cancelled the part. We made the service call, we diagnosed the problem, we gave her a quote to fix the appliance, she accepted our quote. It was her decision to purchase the part herself (and, further, she would not have known what part to order without our diagnosis). Bottom line, in all fairness to AS, Mrs. [redacted] owes the $60 for the service call and diagnosis as quoted to her.

I've had the absolute worst experience with this store. We ordered a fridge that was out of the box, and it was noisy, so we decided to return it for a brand new one in the box. The newer one was even noisier and caused much stress, frustration, and headache. We just wanted to return the fridge and be rid of it and try our luck with another fridge. Appliance Solutions told us that they didn't except returns on new appliances out of the box, and told us that we had to go through the Maytag company in order to return it - which is absolutely ridiculous since we purchased the fridge from Appliance Solutions, and not Maytag. Nevertheless, [redacted] - our ever so NOT helpful salesperson - made us go round in circles calling Maytag who of course told us to return it to the dealer. So we were stuck with a fridge that we didn't like at all. [redacted] kept insisting that Maytag would issue a refund if we complained loud enough. In the end, I told [redacted] to call Maytag himself and even he couldn't get a refund through the dealership customer service line - which he probably knew that it wouldn't be possible right from the beginning, but wanted to drag out the process as much as possible. I called the store several times about these issues and constantly experienced awful costumer service. I was hung up on - TWICE - and couldn't get anything done unless I showed up in person to talk to [redacted]. Finally, I outright told [redacted] that it we shouldn't be stuck with this fridge, especially when we weren't notified of a return policy. FINALLY, [redacted] admitted that the return policy is to pay a 20% restocking fee, which he should have told us right from the beginning when we wanted to return the fridge, instead of making us go round in circles making pointless phone calls.
