Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2015/10/16) */
I did come back to you several times to repair things that were unrelated, at no charge. I did not work on your sink, only the dishwasher, and that would have had no impact on your sink or the water pressure. Several times we agreed to meet,...

and either your daughter would be there, or the door would be open, but you were never there. I am never comfortable working without the homeowern present, a child is not able to make a business decision if necessary.
I replaced the pump on the dishwasher and you said it worked great, then you said the sink pressure was bad. The fan and dispenser problems on your fridge were additional requests, I did fix the dispenser, but was unable to find a problem with the fan. I did fix the problem you hired me to fix, plus extra, and therefore am unable to refund the jobs. Unfortunately you brought the scratched floor to my attention months after the repair, and can in no way be attributed to my repair.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2015/10/22) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Please see the attached document. It is a record of our text conversations from January 21 - August 29th. The blank lines are recordings I sent of the refrigerator noise.
The repair was completed in January. The first text dated 1/21/15 states; the refrigerator noise and scratches to the floor.
January 27 - I sent the following message: "Good morning I have been very patient and now I am very frustrated. I am concerned my fridge will go out. There are several things that need to be addressed. 1. Fridge - noise (recording sent on 1-24). It happens multiple times a day. 2. Water and ice not working on fridge 3. No water pressure in kitchen. Pressure is fine throughout the house. Issue started after the dishwasher was fixed. 4. Dishwasher came unglued. 5. Damage to kitchen floor. 6. I never received an invoice detailing costs, serial numbers on new parts, and warranty information. Please let me know when these issues will be corrected. Sincerely, [redacted]"
Our final text conversation on 5/29/15 you stated you needed to come back as you found a problem with the liner. When I was made aware you did not show up, I asked for a full refund. You asked for one more chance to make it right. I declined as you had many chances over many months.

Complaint: [redacted]

[redacted], [redacted]. It was against a company in San Antonio, [redacted]. I submitted the address and phone number in the original complaint. As of now, the company came to my home and helped me move their non-working refrigerator into my garage and helped me replace it with an extra refrigerator I had in my garage. The refrigerator they sold me still does not have a functioning icemaker. The freezer section of the refrigerator still does not cool at the proper temperatures. The refrigerator side works fine. I do not want the refrigerator that has not worked from the day I purchased it. Their warranty states 30 days. I want my money back. -- [redacted]
Regards,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I did try to contact Jim, via phone, text, and spoke to the appliance store owner who told me also that they would let Jim know of what happened, [redacted] TV that recommended him on that same day.  He did text my mother, who also told him to call me, on that same day.  The check was being held by the bank due to the name change, they would not cash it.  When he did not return my call, or respond to my tex,t I placed a hold on the check.  I have spoken to Samsung multiple times since then.  There are NO parts available to fix this machine.  It is involved in a nation wide recall.  I am getting the machine replaced, through Samsung.  Since then, Jim, has sent the bill to collections.  They have closed the case, siding with me.  They way this whole situation has been handled and how unprofessional this man was and what was all said to me is why I am reaching out to the Revdex.com.  I do not wish for anyone to have to deal with his company.  It was an unfortunate incident that could have gone over so differently if Jim would have just called me to find out what was happening.

complaint number [redacted] 1. customer called twice and told me about the issue with her wash machine.2.  I told her that I could fix and gave her a verbal estimate of charges including trip charge.3.  Went to the home and her father met me there and I called into Samsung tech support...

while on site to verify the correct fix for the machine.4.  Samsung technical assist line advised me that the current issue had nothing to do with the recall and the issue she was having was not covered under the recall.5.  I gave a written estimate and her father called her at work and they discussed and decided to fix while I was still on site.6.  He wrote a check to [redacted] TV and I told him that I am totally independent from [redacted] and he had to write a new check to my company.7.  Within 24 hours, [redacted] TV called and said the customer was upset and was stopping payment on the check.  I never heard from customer.8.  Within 48 hours, the bank emailed me and told me the check had a stop payment and I never got paid for the call.9.  Customer still owes me for a trip charge and complaints regarding [redacted] TV should be referred to them.  I am not affiliated with them.10.  I have been repairing and installing appliances for 19 years.

We do not sell appliances nor do I have records of ever doing any service for you.
