We have not received any refund The invoice emailed from [redacted] on August 31, 2016, stated a refund of the total amount of $252.12, but no check followedwe believe a full refund is due because [redacted] never determined that the problem was a non-functioning fan According to the [redacted] Certified Repairman, [redacted] Appliance, ( [redacted] , SC), no [redacted] repairman would have entered the closed system, let alone, overcharge the system with freon and add a sealer to the system As stated, we incurred an additional $expense to determine the problem, undo the overcharge of freon and replace the fan in the refrigerator/freezerThank you, [redacted] ***
