Review: First this company came to my home to fix my dryer at that time they said that it would be too expensive to fix the dryer and they would sell me one I paid them $45 for them to come to home to tell me they cant fix the dryer and they sold me on buying a dryer from them. I spoke with this owner of the comany he said to come in on saturday 3/2/2013 morning he had a dryer for $150 and he would deliver it that same day and they took $25 off that they said they would from the $45 service fee I paid for them to tell me they couldnt fix my dryer. On saturday 3/2/2013 I paid $130 for a dryer I picked out. Saturday they never came I called and called the company over and over they never picked up. I called him Monday 3/4/2013 I was upset and he said that he would delver it that day I called and called and they never came. I called tuesday morning he said that he would drop it off they time came and went for them to drop off the dryer they never came I called and called they never picked up the phone. Wednsday morning I called I was up set he said that hewuld drop it off that day, the time came and went for them to drop it off they never came again this was day four of me waiting for them to come and drp they dryer I paid for off I called and called he never picked up again so thursday morning I called and said that I was going to come and pick my money up he said fine then he called me back and said I got a worl pool dryer I would put it in my house house it nice let me make this right I said if he doesnt drop it off I want my money back so hesaid fine. they got to my my home at 5:30 pm and dropped they dryer off it was not a worl pool dryer like he said it was a frigdaire dryer. the dryer did spin went the guys left but after doing a load of laundry I put my wet clothes in the dryer and they dryer does not get hot at all so I started they cycle again and the dryer does not get hot I called the owner he did not Pick his phone up I called him again this morning requesting my money back Im I have ne trust in this company and his word means nothing they have took a whole week and my my money and I have nothing so ahow for it but a broken dryer and alot of wasted time. I have feling he knew it was broken but he just didnt want to give me my money back I wants to try to fix it at my home. I just want my money back so I can leave this horable experience behind me.Desired Settlement: the owner is not picking up his phone again.

Review: Purchase a stainless steel refrigerator from Appliace Surplus on 10/4/13.Delivery was to Saturday they never came.A whole week went by.Call next they say its on the truck two weeks went they delivered.Next day we had to throw all our food away nothing worked on it. We call [redacted] he we have to order a part. Now the house stink another two weeks go they show up on 10/28/13 with another stsinless steel frig this doesn't work either we have no food left from throwing it way. I want my 750.00dollars back to buy a new one. This man should be put out of bussiness im on SSI I have no money to throw away. Now im waiting to see how long it will be before he comes to get this one.Desired Settlement: I gave him eighthundred fifty dollars for a wash machine and refrigerator I woukd like my 750.00 back in cash or a check.

Review: washer and dryer aren't operable. I purchased used. Got the run around about delivery for over 2 weeks. Every washer/dryer that was delivered didn't work. Finally I received a set that actually work FOR A WHILE. Now neither the washer or dryer turns on.Desired Settlement: Pick up the defective washer and dryer and issue a FULL refund. NO, I don't want a replacement.

Review: Made a prepaid purchase of a Kenmore washer and dryer June 1, 2013. Delivery was scheduled for Monday June 3,2013. As of today Thurs June 6, 2013 delivery still has not been made. I've been in contact with the store everyday and was promised delivery each day.Desired Settlement: Full refund. Negative reporting with Revdex.com

Review: I purschashed a used washer on 2/14/2013. There was a 90 day warranty. The machine did not work and the company sent a repairman on 2/21/2013. Machine needs a new timers and company could not get part. Company offered to swap for a different machine on 3/20/2013. I have waited for 3 days for this other machine. My problem is that I am promised delivery every day then it does not come. I must stay at home waiting for them. I call every 2 to3 hours and they say they are on their way. Please tell me what I can do.Desired Settlement: Deliver a washing machine that works. No more promises
