I would like to start by saying that this customer has called one time about the refund not times as she states and we have phone records to prove thatIt states it clearly on our service order that she signed when she authorized the repairs and gave us the go on ordering the part to allow 2-weeks for processing of refund and that it will be mailed to her in form of a check its on the document that she uploaded here No one at Appliance Tech has implied or told this customer that she is not getting her refund The day that she called I asked her if I could call her back, that I needed to check on the status of her refund she went off ranting and raving of how she better get her refund or else we were going to get a call from her attorney, so I said ok! and hung upOne of the other things that she states is that we didn't do anything and charged her service fee, well we worked on her microwave and after we worked on it found out that it was not repairable because the magnatron chamber was scorched it was in a very hard place to see that's why we couldn't tell when we did the service diagnose we also disconnected her dryer because she was moving out of state which she was suppose to pay $plus tax but we decided to do it as a courtesyThe refund for this customer has been processed and she should be getting it soonconfirmation number on that transaction is # [redacted]

This couple came in looking for a fridge they put a fridgeOn layaway A month later he comes to ask for his moneyAnd I told him no refunds can use in store credit and so heDid he got a washer and dryer I called him on Monday told him we canGo Ahead AND Refund His
Money Back

As explained to this customer by email her refund has been processed if she has not received the credit on her card I advice her to contact her bank or credit card provider we have checked on our end and the transaction ID:*** has gone thru
