My experience with this business is not good Several times they failed to follow up on expected calls about the status of a repair effort and to set up follow up in-home technician visits I am still waiting for a flow up call on the cost of a replacement part Further, I am unsatisfied with the service I received at the cost for the service Instead of being informed that I could replace the whole unit for the cost of just one part plus labor the technician just replaced the fault part at, what I estimate to be, an excessively high labor cost - $for about minutes of work In this particular instance in regards to follow up calls, scheduling appointments, and the service I received I would not use this company again
