put back in placeCustomer was fine and satisfiedNo parts were put inThis is through a warranty companyWarranty company was informed by us that this unit needed numerous parts and too costly to repairWarranty company informed us that a customer service specialist will be contacting the customer with further instructions regarding his claimNo money was given to us from the customerAs far as we are concerned, we have nothing more to do with this unit

Review: We have insurance on our washer and these people been out 3 times we did everything he said and he has been wrong so I call him back and he and his secretary think I can't hear them and he is telling her to make excuses for not calling me or coming here then I tell her I hear them and she hands the phone to him after she said he wasn't there. If they can't fix my washer tell me stop giving me the brush off. I am at a loss what happened to morals today thank youDesired Settlement: We don't want anything from them that is not due just be honest and tell the insurance company you can't fix it so they can hire someone else.
