First off....we don't get the that is a fee that we are required to collect for the insurance company 1st American That fee is due and payable by the customer collected via our company FOR first American Secondly, this customer was instructed by the technician to replace his
crushed venting before doing further laundry There are numerous thermostats in that dryer...we are only authorized to replace failed components by 1st American We cannot just replace thermostats that have not failed If the customer had done what he was instructed to do by the technician, no other therms would have failed The Dryer was running and heating when he left that day So we don't owe him 75.00,....he will need to take that up with First American Insurance that he has a contract with, and secondly, if he had done what he was instructed to do this problem wouldn't have occurred
