Review: Our company has 2 accounts with this firm, one for appliance repair at $25 per lead and one for hvac at $40 per lead. We received a warranty customer contact for a dryer repair through their hvac advertising platform and they proceeded to charge me $40. They have refused to refund our money after 3 email requests and disputes with the credit card company. All appliances should be charged at $25 and all hvac at $40, they know this and even the documentation to the credit card company states this. As I can see being rated an F I don't expect much from this company and have canceled all accounts. Being on the board of directors of the United Servicers Association im sure I will have some influence as to the future of this company at least as for the United Servicers. We are also very active in the hvac industry and ACCA.Desired Settlement: I would like our $40 refunded, it was a bogus charge and you know it.

Review: Appliance Appointment is a referral service. We have received calls that do not pertain to our services. We tried calling and speaking with a customer service person. The customer service persons are rude, they don't listen and they will not escalate your call or complaint to anyone else. They are charging for calls that should not be charged for.Desired Settlement: We have several calls that should not have been billed for. We will accept credit for four calls (4). Four calls at $18 a piece for a total refund of $72.00.

Review: An advertising company called me to try them as a trial to see if I would want there services. In the first month I started receiving calls for a storage company, painter, and many other businesses that I dont have. I have had a total of three good calls from applianceappointment.com. At a 20 dollar per call price. They also told me that the service that they provide includes a website ware I could view ware the calls are coming from and how many just views. I notified [redacted]

[redacted] of applianceappointment.com and told him the problems. He admitted that alot of the calls are bogus. He said he would fix them. I then got an e-mail saying they are charging me $260 for the month. I told them (NO YOUR NOT). Canceled the acct with them in february. They just charged my account $260 putting me in the negative with my bank. This company is charging people for a service that they are not providing.Desired Settlement: I would like to get $200 of the $260 that they took. This was not a trial period, as they said to me on phone.

Review: I am (was) charged #20.00 for each service call that was not a true service call. I had to pay $20.00 for people asking me "how much do I charge", parts that I told the company that I do not sell, out of service area 30 minute drive, and people that either never called me back, or when I attempted to return their call never answered the phone. I counted all of the unserviced called and I figure that they owe me $120.00

And I want other service contractors like myself to be aware of their "limited" refund guidelines. I had to discontinue my account with them, because it was getting so bad that at the end of every day, I had to go to the web site and listen to the phone calls.....Desired Settlement: I primarily want to warn others about them. And I want a refund to my credir card. I don't know how I got calls for veternarian services, taxi cab services, TV repair services. When I fall under their "appliance repair services". There may be some foul play here.

I just wonder about the legitimacy of their business practices???
