Absolutely the worst company I have done business with I ordered parts online at 9am to be delivered the next day Paid $for overnight shipping which was about 20% of the total purchase price There posted policy is order by 2pm EST and the parts will be delivered the next business day I order parts on Tuesday at 9am, hours before the cutoff time and expected delivery on Wednesday
On Wednesday I learned the parts were not even shipped until Wednesday and told I would get them on Thursday They refunded my overnight shipping cost (Thanks but I paid a premium to get the parts the next day so the refund was of little value as I needed the parts.)
On Thursday I received two of the five parts One of the parts was back-ordered but I was never informed of this and sent out on Thursday shipping to be delivered the next Tuesday The other two parts I learned were not coming on Thursday, as promised, but on Friday by 8pm
Customer service was good at saying "sorry" but could not get their story straight, telling me difference reasons for the delay but doing nothing to get the part to me on time
The work guarantee is plastered all over their website It is simply a work without any meaning Don't do business with these jokers unless you want to guess when your parts will arrive

Ordered on Jan 16th and paid for day guaranteed shippingParts arrived on the 21st but the mountain pass had been closed for of those daysI contacted customer service and they not only gave me my money back for the day guaranteed shipping but credited me for all shipping costsThat is how great customer service is done

I am a Kitchen and Bath specialist, and order misc parts from them a couple times a year, and they have always been great to deal with. My most recent interaction, was a part that shipped the same day I ordered it. However, FedEx lost the package in transit. When I followed up with Appliancepartspros.com via their online chat, they immediately offered to send out a new part and handle the claim with FedEx. Would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!

Appliance Parts Pros was a great site to deal with. In fact I'm a Canadian (shipping to a US address) and it wasn't possible to enter in a Canadian billing address. So I opened up the "Chat" window and one of there personnel easily helped my place the order over the chat window!! I was impressed.
The part was delivered promptly and beat the delivery estimate. The part was good quality and exactly what was advertised. I have now replaced the part and my washing machine doesn't leak now!! So I'm happy. Buy with confidence with this seller. And if you have any questions placing your order use their chat window. Very helpful!
