The technician that came out spent 5 minutes checking our dryer, said it was the vent plugged, presented the bill and left. Checked vent, no issue, dryer still did not dry. Called for follow up service call, technician never showed up, never called, and we will never use or recommend this company, poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Had to contact a different company to come out and fix dryer.

came out to my parent's home when they had issues with their oven circuit board around the first week of December. Although there was a little confusion as to what the issue may have been, it was ultimately diagnosed through trial and error. Great work and I'd highly recommend them.

Fortunately I have not had to use too many appliance repair companies over the years. My washer machine broke last week and with three kids we can not go more than 48 hours without it working (I know...first world problems). I was a little concerned having to call someone that I had not gotten a reference from, but I needed it fixed. Nathan Woods showed up within the window of time he had said he would, fixed the issue within an hour and was extremely professional in the process. Just thought I'd leave a positive note for some work well done.

This company came out twice over a 16 day period to fix my refrigerator. They give you a 4 hour window only on weekdays. Took time off, but they had the wrong parts. When I spoke to the office manager, Allison, to get a third appointment, she laughed at me and said they would set one when she had the new parts in her hand, at least another week. She did not care that it was their fault or that it would put me without a refrigerator for almost a month. She offered no apologies and was the rudest person in a customer service position I have ever spoken with. When I told her her company was being unprofessional, she told me I was judgemental and hung up on me. This company is incompetent, a waste of time, and act like they are doing you a favor fixing something for you. I wish 0 Stars was an option. And I never leave reviews, so thats how bad my experience was.
