This is regards to the complaint id: [redacted] submitted to Revdex.com about our business Appliances Pro, Incon 08/29/by [redacted] *** We would like to respond to this complaintOn the 1st day of our service call we diagnosed and figured out that the Evaporator fan motor was bad as we didn't have the part with us on that day so we told the customer that we would return back in 2-days with the part to fix itOnce we had the part we called the customer to schedule an appointment to fix the fan motorWe fixed it and then the Refrigerator was working fine Approximately after a month we received a call saying the ref went bad againwe went back out and found lot of ice around the motor which was not there the first time when we went outAnd found that the motor was burned and the main board was also burned due to water leak in the ice-makerAfter that we went back with a new motor and the new board and repaired the refrigerator then it started running fine So for the second time when we went back we dint charge them any service call for the visit because the problem was caused by something elseWe replaced the motor for free and only charged the customer for part cost for the board and no labor for second visit or repairWe dint took any laborAs of now, the customer's Refrigerator is working perfectly So we cannot make any refunds The technician advised the customer to replace the temperature sensor which was working fine but according to technician the sensor was going badwe also told the customer we would replace the sensor for free but only cost them the part costOnce the order was done the technician called the customer to reschedule as once the part arrived at a local part shop, the shop sold the part to another service companyThe technician called the customer and told that it was sold to others and told we have to reorder itAfter that is when the customer declined the technician visit and filed the complaint As of now the Ref is working fine but there is a possibility that the technician diagnosed the sensor incorrectly because the ref is working fineBut the Sensor was an advice but not mandatoryAppliances Pro, Inc.###-###-####

I am sorry that the customer is upsetCustomer had a bad compressorIt is very difficult to change compressor in house because of all the floors and other house related things are at riskThe tech used towels and other covering sheets to protect the floor but the risk of damage exist and that is why we have the contract that states all of this and customer signed itAfter the refrigerator couldn't be fixed after multiple tries, we return all money back to the customer even the 400$ compressor lostWe even sent additional money to cover the new refrigerator and floorWe are talking over to credit more money to the customer to resolve this matterI am truly sorry for discomfort we cause the customer but there is so much we can doWe will get hold of the customer Monday 6/15/to offer more money to the customer
