Review: I hired Appliances R Russ to fix two appliances: a dishwasher and a clothes washer. The clothes washer the company fixed, the dishwasher it did not. After several visits and nearly $400 -- $125 for an initial consultation and $270.36 for parts and labor -- the dishwasher still doesn't work properly. Company told me they had a 90-day guarantee and would return to fix the machine, but did not show up at the appointed time. Over course of 3-4 appointments, company generally has not returned voice mails or honored appointments that were initially offered. I and my family have lost time and work hours waiting around for a repair man who hasn't shown up, and we still don't have a working appliance.,Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $270.36 I spent specifically on the dishwasher repairs so that I can hire a new repair person who will be more respectful of my time.
