We specially ordered a mfg home from Excelsior homes in April and wanted linoleum in the hallway I was very specific when I stated we wanted carpet in the bedrooms and the living room onlyWhen the house arrived, there was carpet in the hallway Not only did I not want the carpet in the hallway, but it was different than the carpet that was in the bedrooms, which in turn looks horrible! I have contacted Beau Munsell at Excelsior several times to ask him how he wants to take care of this issue and I can't get a reply, nor a solution as to how he wants to handle this dispute I have also requested that our island counter top didn't have enough of an over hang and wanted a new one I still am waiting for a reply on both of the items Beau doesn't want to help us resolve the carpet issue as he states that it was the manufacturer that put the carpet in the hallway and there wasn't any thing that he could do about it I was told that the carpet got stapled on over the linoleum
