I received a call from the owner and they have followed through and are in process of completing the jobIt has taken longer than it was contracted to be but they have completed one of the elevators and it seems to be going well so far

There had been an issue with the drawings and the jack head...

needed to be re-engineered to fit her job. We did not anticipate this causing a delay so we did not communicate the issue to [redacted]. It was our error as it did ultimately cause a delay and we have apologized to her for that error.
Once the drawings were re-engineered and the jack was built to the specifications, the manufacturer quoted a ship date which was then relayed to [redacted]. The manufacturer missed their ship date by 4 days and we failed to communicate this. We profusely apologized for our oversight in communication. In addition, the week that no one but [redacted] was available to speak with her was the week of Thanksgiving and the other members of our managerial staff were out of town. Once the owner was back in town, [redacted] was immediately contacted and everything was straightened out.
